• squee trips

  who's squee and why am i making a blog about him?

  squee is little brown furry guy who always wanted to go around the world before he dies. im making a blog about him because i want the world to see how the world looks like... and he's my blogs macsot :)

  so far he has seen 2% of the world. horaaaaaayyy!!

  all of the pics you'll see in this post are taken during our trip (a year ago) around a few places in philippines.

  i could make a post for each city but im too lazy to do that.

  so! our first trip was in corron, its a small place in palawan and its so small that we had to ride a charter plane because normal planes cant land there (it might sink).

  for those who dont know: charterplanes are small...

  and they look like this

   

  aww... isnt it cute?

  im not sure but

  i think charter planes are the biggest planes

  that can land on an island

  that's this small

   

   

  yes, i know its wrong to use cameras or take pictures while your in a plane

  but im sure we both know that

  its only wrong if we get caught :)

   

  i didnt get to take ALOT of pics in corron so the ones above are the only things i got.

  next up was our trip to davao, the largest city in the philippines

  and here we were, in the terminal waiting for our flight

  oh! and there's squee, reading gossip magazines

  ANGELINAS NANNY TELLS ALL!

   

  oh look, more magazines...

   

  after 3 hours, we finally made it and fyi: im a fraid of hights, which means flying isnt really a dream for me. remember the charter plane? yes, its really really scary riding that thing, either your hight-a-phobic or not, it made half of the passengers airsick. and thats when squee comes really handy ;)

  as i said, we finally made it to davao

  the home of the majestic

  and not so famous

  but highly endangered

  the monkey eatting eagle

  aka the philippine eagle

  aka the largest eagle in the world

  aka HARIBON!! (thats filippino for "the king of birds")

  too bad we didnt get to see one

  so we took a picture of this poster

   

  just my luck, my havianas broke.

  *sob*

  ill miss that imported/really expensive flip flops...

   

  a few weeks later, i moved on and bought bannana peel...

  going back to my story:

  we were already going around davao

   

   

  and...

  whoa! bald spotSSSS!

   

  we stopped to buy *durian, a fruit thats famous in davao...

  *durian= an asian fruit that smells really bad but taste oh so good.

  i LOVE the color of that jeep!

  just saying

   

  and we waited

  and waited...

   

  until we arrived at the hotel.

  i think squee is feeling at home right now...

   

  TV!!!

   

  the next day we went to this place (i forgot what its called)

  its really really nice, the enviroment and... stuff

  they had animals walking all over the place

  specially the peacocks

  they were everywhere

   

  literally...

   

  and then there was this huge garden with plants i cant even identify

  like this one

  its suppose to be a carrot but the preetyness made it more preety

  

  i have more photos for squee trips but im having teeny tiny problems with the pics right now (its complicated).
